Returns & Exchanges

At Brilliant Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
